Foundry Grade Bentonite Powder is very selected Bentonite of KuchChh region, this KutchChh region of India is of igneous origin with high Montmorillonite content and so that its show extra ordinary swelling capacity and binding properties. Our Bentonite gives good Flow ability, Compact ability & Thermal stability for high quality castings. Bentonite is in foundry industry used for molding. Bentonite is the main part of the glue, which holds the grain of the molding sand (mostly Quartz sand) together. It is very important the Bentonite assimilates the available water very quickly, to reach good strength by short preparation time.
